摘要 伴随着现代计算机技术的快速发展,现代制造业技术正潜移默化的与计算机技术相结合,实现机械加工的科技化和智能化。在模具加工工艺中使用的CAD软件或者是CAM软件,对模具编程存在着较多问题,想要解决这类问题,最好的方式是对常用的软件进行二次开发。本文将基于Powermill研究五轴模具镶块自动化编程系统存在的问题与相应的应用方法,提升模具数控编程系统的技术水平。 With the rapid development of modern computer technology,modern manufacturing technology is imperceptibly combined with computer technology to realize the scientific and intelligent machining.There are many problems in the mold programming of CAD software or CAM software used in mold processing technology.The best way to solve these problems is to develop the commonly used software again.In this paper,based on PowerMILL,the problems existing in the automatic programming system of five axis die insert and the corresponding application methods are studied,so as to improve the technical level of the NC programming system.
