Research and Design of a Shared Mutual aid Platform Based on the Internet+Public Welfare Model

随着当今互联网网络技术的快速发展,公益搭上了"互联网+"的快车,网络公益悄然兴起,汇聚了磅礴的力量,助推和打赢脱贫攻坚战。本研究基于"互联网+"背景下的公益众筹模式,结合国内外现状分析已有的典型公益平台,总结不足之处加以创新。平台是基于B/S设计模式,使用JavaWeb编程技术和Redis存储技术实现开发,将爱心人士与需帮扶人群紧密的联系起来,精准的为有需求的人群提供爱心帮扶,帮他们渡过难关。

With the rapid development of today's internet network technology,public welfare has caught the"Internet+"express train,and online public welfare has quietly emerged,gathering majestic forces to help and win the battle against poverty.This research is based on the public welfare crowdfunding model under the background of"Internet+",combined with the current situation at home and abroad,analyzes existing typical public welfare platforms,summarizes the shortcomings and innovates.The platform is based on the B/S design model,uses JavaWeb programming technology and Redis storage technology to achieve development,closely connects caring people with people in need,and accurately provides loving assistance to people in need to help them tide over the difficulties.
