摘要
随着软件行业的蓬勃发展,人们对于软件响应度以及质量的要求越来越高,常规的质量管理体系的管理逐渐跟不上行业发展脚步,需要对研发效率以及研发质量管理进行突破式改革,敏捷管理模式的迅速崛起也说明了这一点。在此背景下文章探讨了软件行业常用的研发模式以及质量体系的建立,阐述了CMMI、IPD以及敏捷管理建构的优势与劣势,结合公司项目实践尝试性提出三者结合的要点与实践所得,具有突出的实用价值与重要的学术意义。
With the development of software industry,people's requirements for software responsiveness and quality are higher and higher.The conventional quality management system can not keep up with the development of the industry.It is necessary to carry out a new reform on R&D efficiency and R&D quality management.The rapid rise of agile management mode also illustrates this point.Under this background,this paper discusses the common R&D mode and the establishment of quality system in the software industry,expounds the advantages and disadvantages of CMMI,IPD and Agile Management construction,and tentatively puts forward the key points and practical results of the combination of the three in combination with the company's project practice,which has outstanding practical value and important academic significance.
