Internet Development and Green Economy Efficiency——Based on Spatial Durbin Model

互联网快速发展对提高绿色经济效率具有现实意义。通过考虑非期望产出SBM方法测算2005—2018年中国各省(区、市)绿色经济效率,进而运用空间杜宾模型实证分析互联网发展对绿色经济效率产生的空间效应。结果表明,绿色经济效率和互联网发展都具有较强空间相关性,高互联网发展水平地区具有较高绿色经济效率。互联网发展促进绿色经济效率提升,直接效应、溢出效应、总效应均显著为正。为实现绿色经济发展,提高绿色经济效率提出了政策建议。

The rapid development of the Internet is of practical significance to improving the efficiency of the green economy.By considering the non-expected output SBM method to measure the green economic efficiency of Chinese provinces in 2005-2018,and then use the spatial Durbin model to empirically analyze the spatial effect of Internet development on the green economic efficiency.Results show that the green economic efficiency and Internet development have strong spatial correlation,and regions with high levels of Internet development have high green economy efficiency.Internet development promotes the efficiency of the green economy,and the direct,spillover and total effects are all significantly positive.In order to realize the development of green economy and improve the effi⁃ciency of green economy,this paper puts forward some policy proposals.
