The establishment of Xiongan New Area in Hebei by the CPC Central Committee with president Xi Jinping at its core is a significant historic strategic choice.This paper focuses on policies supporting the construction of Xiongan New Area in terms of innovation and entrepreneurship talents,and puts forward proposals from the as⁃pects of policies for enterprises and talents attraction,policies for stabilizing talents and avoiding brain drain,and encouraging local residents to rely on local advantages for innovation and entrepreneurship.
