Research on Improving the Work of Rural Economy Audit Under the New Development Philosophy

随着时代的快速发展,我国经济得到了大幅度的提高,而在经济增长中农村经济作为其非常重要的组成部分,发挥的作用是不容忽视的。我国农村经济实力壮大要求人们正视农村经济发展中遇到的种种问题,这就包括农村经济审计问题。在农村经济高质量发展的关键时刻,强化农村经济审计工作,规范农村财务管理,是保证农村经济健康发展的客观需要。同时农民民主意识、法制观念、维权意识日益增强,对于农村经济审计工作给予了高度的重视,并对其提出了新要求。为了顺应时代发展,保障农民群众对农村“三资”的知情权和监督权,需要不断完善与加强农村经济审计工作,确保农村经济稳定运行。

With the rapid development of the times,China’s economy has been greatly improved,and as a very important part in the economic growth,the rural economy plays an indispensable role.The growth in China’s rural economic strength requires facing up to all kinds of problems encountered in the development of rural econo⁃my,including the rural economic audit.At the critical moment of high-quality development of the rural economy,strengthening the rural economic audit and regulating the rural financial management are an objective need to en⁃sure the healthy development of rural economy.Meanwhile,farmers’awarenesses of democracy,legality,and safe⁃guarding legitimate rights have been growing,and they pay high attention to the rural economic audit work,and also put forward new requirements.In order to be able to keep up with the development of the times,and guarantee farm⁃ers’rights to learn the truth and exercise supervision for the rural collective-owned“funds,assets and resourc⁃es”,there is a need to continuously improve and strengthen the audit work for ensuring the steady operation of the rural economy.
