Analysis of Quality Problems in Random Check of Power Cable and Improvement Measures

文章通过统计某省电力公司2016~2019年电力电缆的抽检工作,总结分析了电力电缆产生的主要质量问题和原因。从原材料、生产工艺、试验检测和仓储运输4个方面出发,对电缆生产企业提出4条产品质量提升措施,同时对电网企业的入网质量监督提出4条工作建议,促进电缆行业的良性发展。

This paper summarizes and analyzes the main quality problems and causes of power cables through statistics of the random check of power cables of a provincial power company from 2016 to 2019.Starting with the four aspects of raw materials,production processes,testing and checking,and storage and transportation,this paper puts forward four product quality improvement measures for cable manufacturers,and four suggestions for the supervision of network access quality of power grid enterprises to promote the sound development of the cable industry.
