摘要
针对扭矩传感器校准测试设备中存在的定位精度不高、对中性较差、测试功能单一等问题,设计了一种参考式扭矩传感器标定及测试系统。系统中对中机构使用锥柄结构,可以提高定位精度和对中性,提高测试的精度,在静态标定和动态测试过程中通过高等级精度扭矩传感器与待测扭矩传感器进行对比。软件部分基于C#语言开发,使用Access数据库存储数据,使用可扩展标记语言(XML)记录传感器初始信息,可实现数据分析、可视化与储存。系统采用多线程技术实现数据采集和硬件控制的协调同步,保证了数据采集精度。结合试验台硬件可以实现系统的静态标定与动态测试两个重要功能。该系统结构简单、实际操作简便、工作效率高。
Aiming at solving the problems of low positioning accuracy,poor centering and single test function in torque sensor calibration and test equipment,a calibration and testing system for serial-connection torque sensors was designed.The taper shank structure used in this system can increase the accuracy of the test by improving the positioning accuracy and centering.In the process of calibration and testing,the high-precision torque sensor is compared with the to-bemeasured torque sensor.The software of this system is developed based on the C#.It uses the Access database to store data,and Extensible Markup Language(XML)to record the initial information of the sensors,which can realize data analysis,visualization and storage.It adopts multi-thread technology to achieve coordination and synchronization of data collection and hardware control,ensuring the accuracy of data collection.Static calibration and dynamic test of the system,as two important functions,can be realized in combination with this test bench.This system proves to be simple in structure,easy in operation,and great in working efficiency.
