复方黄柏液对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的临床研究

Efficacy of compound Huangbai liquid on wound healing after operation of perianal abscess

目的观察复方黄柏液对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合的治疗效果。方法将95例患者依据随机数字的方法分为对照组48例与试验组47例。全部患者于术后第2天开始换药,每天1次。对照组术后采用常规外科换药;试验组术后使用复方黄柏液涂剂对脓腔冲洗,消毒、创面覆盖以及清创操作同对照组。2组均连续进行换药操作,直至创面完全愈合。对比2组肉芽生长、创面水肿、创面疼痛、创面渗出的情况、创面愈合时间、治疗效果。结果试验组和对照组的治疗有效率分别为100.00%(47例/47例)和97.92%(47例/48例),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组和对照组的痊愈率分别为74.47%(35例/47例)和52.08%(25例/48例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组和对照组的创面愈合时间分别为(26.32±4.98)和(31.25±5.03)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组在术后3,7,14 d的肉芽生长评分、创面水肿评分、创面疼痛评分、创面渗出评分均低于对照组,2组术后7,14 d的以上评分均低于术后3 d,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论完成肛周脓肿引流手术后的患者,用复方黄柏液进行辅助的脓腔清洗,可以有效促进创面愈合,缩短术后创面愈合时间。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of compound Huangbai liquid on wound healing after operation of perianal abscess.Methods According to the random number method,95 patients were divided into control group with 48 cases and treatment group with 47 cases.All patients started dressing change on the second day after surgery,qd.Control group was adopted routine surgical dressing change after operation,treatment group was given the compound Huangbai liquid paint to wash the abscess cavity,disinfection,wound coverage and debridement operations were the same as control group.Both groups were continued dressing changes until the wounds healed completely.The granulation growth,wound edema,wound pain,wound exudation,wound healing time,and treatment effect in two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of treatment group and control group were 100.00%(47 cases/47 cases)and 97.92%(47 cases/48 cases),without significant difference(P>0.05).The recovery rates of treatment group and control group were 74.47%(35 cases/47 cases)and 52.08%(25 cases/48 cases),with significant difference(P<0.05).The wound healing time of treatment group and control group were(26.32±4.98)and(31.25±5.03)d,with significant difference(P<0.05).The granulation growth score,wound edema score,wound pain score,and wound exudation score on the 3 rd,7 th,and14 th days postoperative in treatment group were lower than those of control group,the above scores of the two groups on the 7 th and 14 th days postoperative were all lower than 3 rd days postoperation,all with significant difference(all P<0.05).Conclusion After the completion of the perianal abscess drainage operation,the use of compound cork liquid for auxiliary abscess cavity cleaning can effectively promote wound healing and shorten the postoperative wound healing time.
