蟾蜍无痛麻醉技术在机能学实验中的应用探究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探索机能学实验中使用无痛麻醉技术替代蟾蜍毁脑脊髓,减轻手术给蟾蜍带来的痛苦,给予充分的动物福利和人文主义关怀。方法:该实验选用4种麻醉剂处理蟾蜍,双毁髓法作为对照,检测并分析麻醉剂处理对神经—腓肠肌和心脏的影响。结果:结果显示戊巴比妥钠和氨基甲酸乙酯对神经—腓肠肌和心脏均有抑制;异丙酚处理的蟾蜍心脏搏动受到抑制,但对腓肠肌收缩无明显影响;MS-222处理的蟾蜍腓肠肌收缩受到抑制,而心脏搏动无明显影响。结论:腓肠肌收缩实验中可使用异丙酚,心脏灌流实验可使用MS-222麻醉替代双毁髓法,保证实验结果不受影响的前提下,充分保障蟾蜍的动物福利。 Objective:To explore the use of no-pain anesthetic technique of toads to replace to destroy the brain and spinal cord,to relieve the pain caused by the operation to toad and ensure the welfare of experimental animals.Methods:Four different anesthetics were adopted in braking of toads,the effect of which on the contractility of skeleton muscle and heart in toads were studied via comparing the differences of contract curve of sural muscle and heartbeat curve with different braking methods,respectively.Results:The results showed that both sodium pentobarbital and ethyl carbamate inhibit nerve-sural muscle and heart,propofol and MS-222 had no effect on the sural muscle contraction and the cardiac impulse,respectively.Conclusion:The propofol intraperitoneal anesthesia and MS-222 soak anesthesia could used in the sciatic trunk-the gastrocnemius muscle experiment and isolated heart experiment,respectively,and to reduce and avoid the security risks brought by unskilled operation.
