发动机增压器隔热罩的设计与仿真 被引量:2

摘要 基于柴油机增压器隔热罩故障模式,进行理论分析与仿真,对原结构增压器隔热罩进行模态和应力对比分析,得出当前应用增压器隔热罩存在风险。设计新型的增压器隔热罩,满足轻量化的设计要求,并且经过仿真计算隔热罩应力和模态满足要求。通过对比试验,新型隔热罩振动速度更低,新型增压器隔热罩具备优越性。仿真与测试结果表明,柴油机增压器隔热罩系统质量变化对的测试结果影响较大。 Based on the diesel engine failure mode of turbocharger insulation,theoretical analysis and simulation were performed,modal and stress analysis were analyzed respectively of the original insu⁃lation plate structure,it was concluded that the current application of the turbocharger insulation cover the risks.Designed a new type of turbocharger heat shield,meeting the design requirements of light⁃weight,the stress and mode to meet the requirements through the simulation calculation.Through the contrast test,it was concluded that the new insulation plate vibration velocity was lower,the new turbo⁃charger heat shield had the superiority.The simulation and test results show that the quality variation of the heat shield system has a great influence on the test results.
