国医大师刘志明治疗病态窦房结综合征经验

TCM master LIU Zhi-ming's experience in treating sick sinus syndrome

病态窦房结综合征(SSS)是一种难治性心脏疾病,中医药的发展为其治疗提供了新思路。国医大师刘志明从"五脏皆可致悸,辨治心悸从五脏着手"出发,认为五脏病变皆可导致SSS的发生,其病机以心肾阳虚为本,痰瘀湿等病理产物为标,总属本虚标实;治疗时强调从整体出发,辨证论治,结合不同脏腑生理病理特点,灵活选方。文章分析总结刘老治疗SSS的临证经验,以临证医案为例,探讨刘老临证治疗思路和辨证特点,以促进名老中医宝贵经验的传承。

Sick sinus syndrome(SSS) is a refractory heart disease, the development of traditional Chinese medicine provides new ideas for the treatment of SSS. LIU Zhi-ming, a master of traditional Chinese medicine, started from the view that ’palpitations can be caused by the five organs, palpitations can be treated from the five organs’, and believed that diseases of the five organs can lead to the occurrence of SSS. Deficiency of kidney and heart yang are the root causes of the disease, phlegm, stasis, dampness and other pathological products are the external manifestation of disease. The treatment emphasizes starting from the whole, dialectical treatment, combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of different viscera. This article taking cases as examples to discuss the treatment ideas and syndrome differentiation characteristics of professor LIU. With the purpose of analyzing and summarizing professor LIU’s experience in the treatment of SSS and promoting the inheritance of the valuable experience of TCM.
