姜莉云补火生土法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎经验 被引量:8

Experience of JIANG Li-yun in treating chronic atrophic gastritis by supplement element of fire and generate element of earth

摘要 姜莉云教授从事中医临床及研究30余年,在治疗脾胃系统疾病及疑难杂症方面有独到的诊治经验,认为慢性萎缩性胃炎脾肾阳虚型者十之八九,"水寒土湿"为慢性萎缩性胃炎致病之根本,气机阻滞、瘀血胃络、痰湿中阻为发病之源,为本虚标实之疾。治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎以补火生土法治其本,配以调畅气机、化瘀通络、燥湿化痰治其标,提倡治本为主兼除其标,主张以扶阳之法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎。临证予吴萸四逆汤扶阳固本,从而阻断或延缓慢性萎缩性胃炎的发展。 Professor JIANG Li-yun has been engaged in the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine for more than 30 years. She has unique experience in the treatment of digestive system diseases and other complicated diseases. Professor JIANG believes that chronic atrophic gastritis is usually caused by yang deficiency of spleen and kidney, and that ’water cold and earth wet’ is the pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis, which results in qi movement resistance, static blood in stomach collateral, and phlegm-damp blocking middle jiao, the pathogenesis is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality. Clinical TCM therapies mostly focus on supplement fire to generate earth, combined with regulating qi movement, promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals and eliminating dampness and phlegm. The treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis should be based on reinforcing yang method. Wuyu Sini Decoction is applied to reinforcing yang and consolidating body resistance so as to block or delay the development of chronic atrophic gastritis.
