阴阳本体观治疗血管性痴呆精神症状经验

Experience of treating the mental symptoms of vascular dementia with the ontological view of yin and yang

文章从《周易》中乾坤二卦,延伸到代表生命状态的泰否二卦及解读《黄帝内经》中的阴阳关系,创造性提出阴阳本体观,不同层次解读了人体阴阳的本质及其体用关系。其中,阳内阴外是生命最初的状态,阳往外、阴往内的运动轨迹代表机体正常生命活动运行不息的变化过程;一旦内阳外阴结构失衡,必然容易产生各种病理状态。基于上述理论,笔者认为血管性痴呆(VD)的病因病机为年老之人肝肾亏损、肾精不足,直接导致阴阳本体结构中内阳不足,则内阳外阴结构失衡,痴呆病生。因此,VD病机为阳虚阴实,阳虚为本。由此进一步探讨治疗VD的精神症状,为VD的治疗提供更多的选择。

This paper proposed the viewpoint of ontological view of yin and yang creatively based on Qian and Kun trigrams of the Zhouyi, Tai and Pi trigrams which represent the state of life as well as the interpretation of yin and yang from Huangdi Neijing, explaining the nature of yin and yang along with its relationship. Among them, inside yang and outside yin is the initial state of life, the movement of yang outward and yin inward represent the normal body activities;once the balance has been broken, pathological states will produce. Based on these above theories, this article analyzed the pathogeneses of vascular dementia(VD), deficiency of both liver and kidney and insufficiency of kidney essence directly result in deficiency of inner yang, therefore imbalance between yin and yang finally causing the dementia. In one word, the pathogenesis of VD is yang deficiency and yin excess, where the root is yang deficiency. These findings have given more options in the treatment of VD and further discussion on the mental state of VD.
