李佩文治疗癌性疼痛的辨治思想及临床经验初探

Academic thinking and clinical experience of LI Pei-wen in treating cancerous pain

李佩文教授从事中西医结合肿瘤防治工作近50年,长期的临床实践中逐渐发展并形成了独具特色的治疗癌性疼痛临证思辨理论,通过综合运用温阳散寒、活血通络、行气散结、化痰理气、清热解毒、收敛固涩、宁心安神、扶正补虚、软坚散结法治疗癌性疼痛;李佩文教授精研中药药性及归经理论,结合肿瘤临床实践总结出肿瘤辨病、辨证论治的同时,强调辨部位用药,同时配合引经药,引领诸药直达病所,取得了良好的临床疗效,丰富了中医学对于癌性疼痛的理论知识,发挥了中医药的优势作用。文章系统总结了李佩文教授治疗癌痛的九种治则治法与选方用药,以及引经药物的临床经验。

Professor LI Pei-wen has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of cancer using both traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine for 50 years. In the long-term clinical practice, he has gradually developed and formed a unique clinical syndrome differentiation theory for the treatment of cancerous pain. Through the comprehensive use the method of warming yang for dispelling cold, promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals, performing qi and dispelling stagnation, regulating qi-flowing for eliminating phlegm, clearing heat and removing toxicity, converging and astringent, calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind, reinforcing the deficiency, softening and resolving hard mass to treat cancerous pain. Professor LI Pei-wen studied Chinese medicine property and tropism theory, combined with the clinical practice of tumor, summarized the theory of differentiation of disease and treatment and syndrome differentiation, emphasized the use of drugs according to the location of the tumor, and combined with meridian guiding drugs leading all kinds of drugs to the disease center. The curative effect enriches the theoretical knowledge of TCM on cancerous pain, and the advantage of TCM is exerted. This article systematically summarized professor LI Pei-wen clinical experience in treating cancerous pain with nine therapeutic methods, prescription selection and meridional citation.
