张瑞霞运用“补肝体强肝用通肝络”治疗积聚病经验

积聚是指各种原因引起的腹部积块,如慢性肝炎并肝脾肿大,肝纤维化,肝硬化,肝恶性肿瘤等而无明显腹水、出血、肝昏迷等症者。张瑞霞认为肝体失养、肝用不足是积聚的病机关键,肝络不通是病理基础。其治疗当以补肝体、强肝用、通肝络相结合,根据症状及舌脉调整三者比例,从而达到恢复肝脏生理功能,缩小或软化积块的目的。

Amassment and accumulation refers to abdominal mass caused by various reasons,such as chronic hepatitis with hepatosplenomegaly,liver fibrosis,cirrhosis,liver malignant tumor without obvious ascites,bleeding,hepatic coma and other diseases,all belong to the category of amassment and accumulation.ZHANG Rui-xia believes that the deficiency of liver body and the insufficiency of liver function are the key pathogenesis of amassment and accumulation,and the obstruction of liver collaterals is the pathological basis.The treatment should be combined with reinforcing liver body,strengthening liver function and dredging liver collaterals,and the ratios of the three are adjusted according to symptoms,coating on tongue and pulse,so as to achieve the purpose of restoring the physiological function of the liver and reducing or softening accumulation.
