Treatment characteristics of chloasma in Sichuan WENs’ dermasurgery school

四川文氏皮外科流派发轫于清代,薪火相传已历经百余年,是我国当代中医皮肤科最为重要的学派之一。四川文氏皮外科流派医家注重理论的继承与创新,临证治疗黄褐斑有独到的用药经验,重视滋补肝肾、健脾化湿、疏肝活血、调理冲任。临证中善用药对:菟丝子、泽泻,桔梗、淫羊藿,女贞子、墨旱莲,郁金、丹参,黄芪、制何首乌等。文章经过文献梳理和医案回顾性整理,对四川文氏皮外科流派治疗黄褐斑学术思想进行总结,有助于推动四川文氏皮外科流派的传承与发展。

This paper introduced the experience of Sichuan WENs’ dermasurgery school in treating chloasma. Sichuan WENs’ dermasurgery school started in the Qing dynasty and passed on from generation to generation for more than 100 years, which is one of the most important schools of dermatology of Chinese medicine. Sichuan WENs’ dermasurgery school pay attention to the inheritance and innovation of theories, and have unique experience in treating chloasma with clinical symptoms, pay attention to nourishing liver and kidney, attach importance to strengthening spleen and reducing dampness, relieving liver and activating blood circulation, and recuperation and discharge. It is good at using medicine pairs, such as Semen Cuscutae and Rhizoma Alismatis, Radix Platycodonis and Herba Epimedii, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and Herba Ecliptae, Radix Curcumae and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Astragali seu Hedysari and adix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, and so on. This paper summarized the academic thoughts of Sichuan WENs’ dermasurgery school in treating chloasma through literature review and medical cases retrospection, which is helpful to promote the inheritance and development of Sichuan WENs’ dermasurgery school.
