摘要
髋-膝-踝共轭理论是将髋、膝、踝作为整体考虑的诊断与治疗理念,其在膝骨关节炎(KOA)的诊治中具有优势。文章从结构解剖、功能解剖和传统中医理论角度分析了髋、膝、踝共轭的理论基础;整合了基于此理论下手法及功法治疗KOA的手法技术,提出髋-膝-踝共轭理论指导下的推拿手法和功法的治疗步骤为:髋、膝、踝相关功能肌群的松解与激活;髋、膝、踝相关经络点穴;以恢复关节活动度的关节正骨手法;以恢复功能的髋、膝、踝联动的功法训练。最终为整体观念下KOA的推拿治疗提供新理论、新方法。
Hip-knee-ankle conjugation is an advantage diagnosis and treatment concept of knee osteoarthritis (KOA), which consider the hip, knee and ankle as a whole. This paper analyzed the theoretical basis of hip, knee and ankle conjugation from the perspective of structural anatomy, functional anatomy and traditional Chinese medicine theory, which integrates the KOA treatment techniques of tuina manipulation and tuina Gongfa. This paper put forward the treatment steps which were releasing and activating of functional muscles related to hip, knee and ankle, stimulating related meridians of hip, knee and ankle, setting to restore joint range of motion, training Gongfa to restore the function of the hip, knee, ankle joint. Finally, the authers want to provide the new theory and method for KOA tuina treatment under the overall concept.
