太原地区7589例肺炎患儿人群出生日期运气相关初探

Study on the relationship between birth date and five evolutive phases and six climatic factors of 7589 children with pneumonia in Taiyuan

目的:探讨儿童肺炎发病与出生日期之间的相关性。方法:运用运气理论对7 589例肺炎患儿出生日期特点进行统计学分析。结果:儿童肺炎患儿出生在秋季、天干为丙、岁运为木运、主气为阳明燥金、客气为少阳相火、司天为少阳相火者最易发病;出生在冬季、天干为己、岁运为金运、主气为太阳寒水、客气为太阴君火、司天为太阴湿土者最不易发病,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。另外,出生在平和年份(即岁会、同岁会、顺化平气年)者,其患病率要低于出生在不平和年份(即太乙天符、同天符、天符、小逆、不和、天刑年)者,且两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:儿童肺炎的发生与出生时的运气及运气相合变化之间具有一定的关联性。

Objective: To explore the correlation between the incidence of pneumonia in children and characteristics of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in date of birth. Methods: Using the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors theory to analyze date of birth of 7 589 children with pneumonia. Results: Patients with children pneumonia were bom in autumn, in the year of wood or Bing, host climatic qi for yangming zaojin, guest climatic qi for shaoyang xianghuo, celestial manager qi for shaoyang xianghuo, the most prone to be sick, bom in winter, in the year of gold or Si, host climatic qi for taiyang hanshui, guest climatic qi for taiyin junhuo, celestial manager qi for taiyin shitu, the least susceptible to be sick. The difference between them was statistically significant (P<0.05, ^0.01). In addition, the prevalence rate of those who born in the year of normal climatic factors (that is, the year of suihui, tongsuihui, shunhua and pingqi) was much lower than those who bom in the year of ping he (that is, the year of taiyi tianfu, tongtianfu, tianfu, xiaoni, buhe, tianxing) (^0.01). Conclusion: The incidence of pneumonia in children is related to the heavenly stems and circuits of year distribution in date of birth.
