社区养老服务发展趋势分析

Analysis on the Development Trend of Old-age Service Industry

随着人口老龄化,家庭规模小型化,高龄、空巢、失能老人群体庞大,需求多样化,养老服务发展空间广阔。中国老人受文化传统、经济收入、生活习惯影响,居家社区养老是首选。积极应对老龄社会,不仅需要在社会保障方面做好准备,更需要在社区服务设施、服务项目、服务产业方面提前谋划,以更好地满足老龄社会需求。该文对社区养老服务提供主体、服务设施的可及性、服务项目的人文关怀、智能化服务、医养结合服务等综合性发展趋势进行了初步探讨。

With the aging of the population and the miniaturization of the family structure, the development space for the old-age service industry is broad under the background of diversified demand and large groups of the oldest-old, empty-nesters and disabled elderly. Influenced by cultural tradition, economic income, living habits, Chinese elderly people take home community pension as their first choice. To actively deal with the aging society, we need not only to be prepared for economic security, but also to plan ahead in community service facilities, service projects, service industries, so as to better meet the needs of the deep aging society. This paper makes a preliminary discussion on the main body of community pension service, the accessibility of service facilities, the humanistic care of service items, the trend of intelligent service, and puts forward some suggestions for the development of related industries.
