Reflection on the Definition of Intelligence in the Era of Big Data

随着我国大数据战略的提出,各个领域都积极地开展大数据的理论研究与实践探索。面对更加复杂的数据网络、多样化的数据分析方法和趋向精准化的用户需求,情报的定义需要在大数据时代的推动下进行革新。该文通过研究我国情报工作面临的大数据环境,综合国内外学者的相关理论成果,对大数据时代下的情报进行新的定义。得出大数据环境下情报的发展趋势和相应的优化对策,希望促进大数据与情报的思维融合,为情报工作更好地适应时代的发展变化提供新的思路。

With the proposal of big data strategy in China, theoretical research and practical exploration of big data are actively carried out in various fields. In the face of more complex data network, diversified data analysis methods and user demand tending to be precise, the definition of intelligence needs to be innovated under the promotion of big data era. By studying the big data environment faced by China’s intelligence work and integrating the relevant theoretical achievements of scholars at home and abroad, this paper gives a new definition of intelligence in the era of big data. By analyzing the new environment faced by intelligence report in the era of big data and the definition of intelligence, this paper concludes the development trend of intelligence in the big data environment and the corresponding optimization countermeasures, hoping to promote the thinking integration of big data and intelligence, and provide new ideas for the information work to better adapt to the development and change of the times.
