本文总结了新冠肺炎疫情爆发过程中病毒溯源、传播途径管控和易感人群保护三个方面的智慧防疫成果,提出推进后疫情时代大数据驱动的城市社会治理建议,推动大数据技术创新与地方政府、基层组织和群众共同形成新型智慧城市数字治理生态系统,为社会公共卫生应急管理、辅助决策提供重要科学依据。

This paper summarized the results of intelligent epidemic prevention during the outbreak of new crown pneumonia in three aspects,including virus traceability,transmission control and protection of susceptible population The proposal of big data-driven urban social governance in the post-epidemic era was put forward to promote the technological innovation of big data and local governments,grass-roots organizations and the masses to form a new intelligent city digital governance ecosystem,for social public health emergency management,auxiliary decision-making to provide an important scientific basis.
