主体间性与社会工作的利他主义价值观

Intersubjectivity and Altruism as the Value of Social Work

利他主义是社会工作的基本价值观。当前的利他主义有多种多样的表现形式,但它们基本上是主客二元思维模式的产物,都具有一定的片面性。主体间性概念为人们探讨合理的社会工作价值观提出了新的思路。社会工作是一种同时涉及主观世界、客观世界和社会世界的交往行动。它要求各方以共识为目标,并使彼此之间的行动得到协调,因而这一行动具有主体间性的基本特征。主体间性的利他主义将社会工作所涉及的三个世界有机地联系在一起,克服了主客二元思维模式中的利他主义的局限性,应该成为当今社会工作的基本价值观。

Altruism is the basic value of social work.It has various manifestations which are basically the products of the subject-object dualistic thinking mode;all of these manifestations have certain one-sidedness.The concept of intersubjectivity put forward new ideas for people to explore reasonable value of social work.Social work is one kind of communicative actions involving both the subjective world,the objective world,and the social world.It requires all parties of social work to take consensus as the goal,so that their actions can be coordinated and the social work therefor has the basic characteristics of intersubjectivity.Intersubjective altruism links organically the three kinds of worlds involved in social work,overcomes the limitations of altruism developed in the subject-object dualistic thinking mode,and should become the basic value of social work today.
