摘要 聚乙烯醇与交联剂戊二醛在60℃、酸性环境下的水溶液中发生反应,生成化学交联聚乙烯醇降失水剂。研究结果表明:当6%聚乙烯醇和5%戊二醛的质量比为300∶1.4,6%聚乙烯醇和0.1 mol/L盐酸的质量比为300∶47时,得到API滤失量较低的产品。线形方程生产的中试产品的性能和实验室合成样品保持一致。加入1.2%BWOC产品可使G级油井水泥浆在60~80℃的API滤失量降至50 mL以下,满足中低温型降失水剂一级品的要求。 The synthesized polyvinyl alcohol fluid loss agent is formed by the reaction of polyvinyl alcohol and crosslinking agent glutaraldehyde in an aqueous solution at 60℃in acidic environment.The research results show that when the mass ratio of 6%polyvinyl alcohol and 5%glutaraldehyde is 300∶1.4,and the mass ratio of 6%polyvinyl alcohol and 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid is 300∶47,a product with lower API fluid loss is obtained.The pilot product according to linear equations is the same with the laboratory synthetic sample.The addition of 1.2%BWOC product make the API fluid loss to less than 50 mL prepared with G grade cement at 60~80℃,which meets the requirements of low and medium temperature first grade fluid loss additives.
