摘要
超临界二氧化碳布雷顿循环目前是国际上公认的具有革命性的新一代发电技术,具有效率高、能量密度大、设备体积小等优点,将其应用于钠冷快堆可以从根本上解决钠水反应带来的安全问题,而钠-超临界二氧化碳热交换器作为关键设备有着重要的意义。本文介绍了中国原子能科学研究院设计制造的热交换器样机,额定换热功率为50kW,并对样机性能验证的试验装置进行了介绍,为后续工作奠定基础,也对其他相关试验台架的建设有一定借鉴意义。
The supercritical carbon dioxide Brayton cycle is a revolutionary power generation technology,which has the advantages of high efficiency,high energy density and small equipments size.Applying it to the sodiumcooled fast reactor can fundamentally solve the safety problems caused by the sodium-water reaction.And the sodium-supercritical carbon dioxide heat exchanger as a key equipment has important significance.This paper introduces the heat exchanger prototype designed and manufactured by the China Institute of Atomic Energy,and the rated heat transfer power is 50kW.The test facility for the performance verification of the prototype is also introduced.This work lays the foundation for follow-up works,and also has certain reference significance for the construction of other related test facilities.
