基于DEA分析的战略性高技术领域企业创新绩效研究

山西省作为我国资源型经济转型综合配套改革试验区,对我国资源型经济转型发展具有示范意义,战略性高技术企业的发展是资源型地区转型发展的必由之路。但当下,试验区内不同技术领域高技术企业的创新绩效普遍较差,面临的制约因素也各不相同,严重阻碍了试验区发展。因此,本文对试验区内不同技术领域高技术企业的创新绩效进行了全面深入的评析,并检验了技术领域异质性对企业的影响作用。最后,依据研究结论,提出了针对性的政策建议。

Shanxi Province,as a comprehensive supporting reform pilot zone for the transformation of China's resource-based economy,has exemplary significance for the transformation and development of my country's resource-based economy.The development of strategic high-tech enterprises is the only way for the transformation and development of resource-based regions.However,at present,the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises in different technical fields in the experimental area is generally poor,and the constraints they face are also different,which seriously hinders the development of the experimental area.Therefore,this article conducts a comprehensive and in-depth evaluation of the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises in different technical fields in the experimental area,and examines the effect of heterogeneity in the technical fields on enterprises.Finally,based on the research conclusions,targeted policy recommendations are put forward.
