江苏省科技成果转化的金融支持研究

Research on the financial support for transformation of sci-tech achievements in Jiangsu province

江苏作为东部发达省份,科技成果转化的效果关乎经济高质量发展和创新型省份建设。科技成果转化受科技政策环境、金融发展程度、风险资本退出机制、社会需求契合度等因素影响,其中金融的作用不可忽视。文章立足金融支持视角,从宏观政策制订、科技平台建设、加强金融创新、资本市场建设等方面对加快江苏地区科技成果转化提出对策建议,以期进一步加强金融对科技成果转化的支持推动作用。

As a developed province in the east of China,the effect of transformation of sci-tech achievements is related to the high-quality economic development and innovative province construction.The transformation of sci-tech achievements is affected by the environment of sci-tech policy,the degree of financial development,the withdrawal mechanism of venture capital,the conformity of social needs and other factors,among which the role of finance cannot be ignored.Based on the perspective of financial support,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for accelerating the transformation of sci-tech achievements in Jiangsu from the aspects of macro policy formulation,construction of sci-tech platform,strengthening of financial innovation and capital market construction,so as to further strengthen the supporting and promoting role of finance in the transformation of sci-tech achievements.
