摘要
受新冠疫情影响,全国生鲜市场遭受重大打击,生鲜电商平台以其自身“无接触配送、避免交叉感染”的优势,受到人们的广泛关注。因此,新冠疫情为生鲜电商平台带来了发展机遇,同时,生鲜电商作为新兴行业也面临着巨大的挑战。文章通过调研分析疫情对生鲜电商的影响,论述生鲜电商平台在新环境下存在的问题,并为生鲜电商平台未来发展提供对策建议。
Affected by COVID-19 epidemic,the national fresh food market has suffered a major blow.The fresh food ecommerce platforms have received widespread attention with its own advantages of“contactless delivery and prevented cross-infection”.Therefore,COVID-19 epidemic has brought development opportunities for fresh food e-commerce platforms.At the same time,fresh food e-commerce,as an emerging industry,is also facing great challenges.By analyzing the impact of the pandemic on fresh food e-commerce,this article discusses the problems of fresh food ecommerce platforms in the new environment,and provides strategies and suggestions for the future development of ecommerce platforms in fresh food industry.
