摘要
文章建立了木质食品包装材料中有机锡检测的有机锂试剂衍生-GC-MS检测方法。样品经盐酸/四氢呋喃(1∶10,V/V)处理,正己烷振荡提取,丁基锂试剂衍生,采用GC-MS选择离子扫描(SIM)模式对有机锡化合物进行定性和定量分析。实验结果表明,在木质食品包装材料基质中,有机锡的检出限(LOD)为0.05 mg/L,在1.0、2.0和5.0 mg/L 3个添加水平下的平均回收率为88.7%~96.7%,相对标准偏差为1.9%~8.1%。该方法灵敏度高,适应性强,简便快捷,可以满足有机锡的同时检测需求。
In this paper,an organolithium derivatization-GC-MS method was developed for the determination of organotin in wood food packaging materials.The samples were treated with hydrochloric acid/tetrahydrofuran(1∶10,V/V),extracted with n-hexane and derivatized with butyl lithium reagent.The organotin compounds were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively by GC-MS with SIM mode.The results showed that the detection limit(LOD)of organotin was 0.05 mg/L in the matrix of wood food packaging materials.The average recoveries were 88.7%~96.7%and the relative standard deviations were 1.9%~8.1%at three levels of 1.0 mg/L,2.0 mg/L and 5.0 mg/L respectively.The method is sensitive,adaptable,simple and rapid,and can meet the demand of simultaneous determination of organotin.
