上海市化妆品生产企业国产非特化妆品监管现状

Analysis of the current status of the supervision of domestic non-special cosmetics in Shanghai

近年来,国内化妆品生产企业数量呈现迅速增长的态势。上海市凭借良好的产业基础、产业政策、经济水平、以及地理优势已经形成了布局合理、资源集聚、科学规范的化妆品产业群。同时,面对迅速增长的生产企业数量,化妆品监管面临着专业人员短缺,监管效率不高等一系列问题。本研究通过对近5年间上海市化妆品生产企业和国产非特殊用途化妆品备案情况的统计分析,针对产品特点结合化妆品审查要求,对国产非特殊用途化妆品审查提出了一些建议。

The number of domestic enterprises for cosmetic production showed a rapid growth trend in recent years.A cosmetics industry cluster with reasonable layout,resource concentration and scientific standard has been formed in Shanghai depending on the good industrial foundation,industrial policy,economic level and geographical advantages.At the same time,cosmetics industry is facing a series of problems such as the shortage of professionals and inefficient supervision with the rapidly growth of the number of manufacturing enterprises.Some suggestions were put forward for the review of domestic non-special purpose cosmetics based on the statistical analysis of the registration status of cosmetics manufacturers and domestic nonspecial purpose cosmetics in Shanghai in the past five years and the product characteristics combined with the cosmetic review requirements.
