一种异龙脑脱氢制备樟脑技术优化及其工业化应用

摘要 分析了异龙脑制备樟脑现有工艺及装置存在的主要问题。通过技术改造将间歇脱氢反应装置改成连续脱氢反应装置,采用自动结晶刮料机,改用铜金属复合氧化物作为脱氢催化剂,对孟烷作为异龙脑的溶剂。通过技术改造后樟脑产量提高了13%,生产效率提高了2%,吨成品生产成本降低了近4.5%,整个生产过程中安全环保,生产环境得到有效改善,既减少了劳动时间,又节约了成本,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。 The main problems of the existing process and equipment for preparing camphor from isoborneol were analyzed.Through technical transformation,the intermittent dehydrogenation unit was changed into a continuous dehydrogenation unit.The automatic crystal scraper was used.Copper metal composite oxide was used as dehydrogenation catalyst,and p-menthane was used as solvent of isoborneol.After the technical transformation,the output of camphor increased by 13%,the production yield increased by 2%,and the production cost per ton of finished products decreased by nearly 4.5%.In the whole production process,the safety and environmental protection,the production environment were effectively improved,which not only reduced the labor time,but also saved the cost,and achieved significant economic and social benefits.
