摘要
党的十九大报告中指出,要“健全学生资助制度”。在充分调研国内外研究成果的基础上,研究大学生发展型资助的理念。将“资助”和“育人”有机结合,紧紧围绕“立德树人”这一根本任务,在弹性学分制、基于导师帮扶的创新创业贫困生专项、品牌创业型勤工助学、校企联合培养等方面进行深入的探究和实践,构建并完善新形势下高校学生资助工作的运作和管理新模式。在对贫困学生进行物质资助的基础上,培养受助学生的创新精神和实践能力,加强励志教育,从能力、思想、心理、就业四个方面进行帮扶,旨在达到“鱼渔兼授”的目的。
It is pointed out that the student financial aid system should be improved in the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.On the basis of full research at home and abroad,this paper studies the concept of development-oriented funding for college students.The combination of“funding”and“educating”is closely around the fundamental task of“morality education”.In-depth exploration and practice are carried out in the aspects of flexible credit system,special projects for innovative and entrepreneurial poor students based on tutor assistance,brand entrepreneurship work-study programs,and school-enterprise joint training,so as to construct and improve the new operation and management mode of funding for college students under the new situation.On the basis of material support for poor students,it is necessary to cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability of the students,strengthen the inspirational education,and help them from the four aspects of ability,thought,psychology and employment,so as to achieve the goal of“giving the human by the fish and fishing”.
