对高校思想政治教育视界中的就业问题探讨

Exploration on the Employment in the Perspective of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

大学生就业问题既关系到大学生的切身利益,同时也关乎国家的稳定发展,是构建和谐社会中的一项基础工程。因此,高校的教育体系中必须要纳入就业教育,发挥高校思想政治教育所具有的引导和育人功能,促进大学生思想政治素质得到提高,真正达到理性就业的目的。基于此,主要探讨当代大学生的思想特点以及高校大学生就业难的原因,并提出解决高校思想政治教育视界中就业问题应采取的手段,以期为今后的相关研究提供参考。

The employment problem of college students is not only related to the vital interests of college students,but also related to the stable development of the country.It is a basic project in building a harmonious society.Therefore,the education system of colleges and universities must include employment education,play the guiding and educating function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,promote the improvement of ideological and political quality of college students,and truly achieve the purpose of rational employment.This paper mainly discusses the ideological characteristics of contemporary college students and the causes for the difficulty employment of college students,and puts forward the means to solve the employment problems in the perspective of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,which provides reference for the future related research.
