摘要 新常态背景下,课程思政理念与大学生人才培养工作相适应,并将课程思政教学方法以及活动与传统课堂专业教学相结合,实现对学生多元化能力的培养。现阶段,在课程思政理念背景下,实现专业教师与思政教师协同育人,对构建协同育人体系、改革工作制度和教学方法具有深远意义,通过协同育人顶层设计和专业人才培养方案的完善,推动协同育人工作阵地和平台的拓宽,营造良好的育人氛围,促进多元协同、系统协同工作健全发展,最大程度地满足专业人才培养的需求。 Under the new normal background,the concept of curriculum ideological and political education is adapted to the training of college students,and the teaching methods and activities of curriculum ideological and political education are combined with the traditional classroom teaching to achieve the cultivation of students'diversified ability.At this stage,under the background of the ideological and political concept of curriculum,the realization of collaborative education between professional teachers and ideological and political teachers is of great significance to the construction of collaborative education system,the reform of working system and teaching methods.Through the top-level design of collaborative education and the improvement of professional talent training scheme,it is necessary to promote the broadening of collaborative education work position and platform,create a good education atmosphere,and promote multiple collaborative and systematic collaborative work,and meet the needs of professional talent training to the greatest extent.
