农村小学全科教师的内涵、价值及特质结构探析

摘要 小学全科教师培养是教师专业化发展的必然趋势,是基础教育发展到一定水平的体现,是解决农村小学师资不足、提升农村小学教育质量的重要保证。基于对农村小学教育现状的认识与理解发现,只有培养出具有扎根农村教育的情怀,坚守农村教育的意志,精通农村教学的知识和胜任农村教学的能力等特质的学生,才能促使小学全科教师形成“下得去、留得住、教得好”的良好局面。 The training of general teachers in primary schools is an inevitable trend of teachers'professional development,a reflection of the development of basic education to a certain level,and an important guarantee to solve the shortage of teachers in rural primary schools and improve the quality of rural primary education.Based on the understanding of the current situation of rural primary school education,it is found that only by cultivating students with the feelings of taking root in rural education,sticking to the will of rural education,mastering the knowledge of rural teaching and being competent in rural teaching,can primary general teachers form a good situation of“getting down,staying and teaching well”.
