摘要
网络学习已经成为教育的重要组成部分,并被认为网络为教育提供独特的优势。在许多国家,教育已经开始从传统的面对面的课堂环境转向在线学习环境。尽管在线教学有很多好处,但是参加网络课程的学生可能会遇到他们在传统教学中从未遇到过的困难,可能会对他们的学习产生负面影响。这些困难可能分布在四个主要的领域:认知、元认知、技术焦虑和学习风格偏好。围绕如何运用网络有效地进行英语教学展开讨论,认为在线英语教学,要求学生具有较强的自我调节能力,能够自觉在在线课程中完成每一项学习任务,完全自主地学习。
Online learning has become an important component of education,and it is considered to provide unique advantages in the learning process.Despite the benefits of online teaching and learning environment,students taking online courses could face difficulties that they might never have encountered in traditional teaching and learning environment,and these difficulties could have a negative impact on their learning performance.These difficulties may be classified into four major areas of challenges:cognition,metacognition,technical anxiety and learning styles and preferences.This paper discusses how to use the network to effectively carry out English teaching,and believes that online English teaching requires students to have strong self-regulation ability,be able to consciously complete each learning task in online courses,and learn independently.
