摘要
教育部针对目前我国英语专业教育现状,计划颁布新的《英语专业本科教学质量国家标准》,对英语专业学生的人文素养培育提出了新的具体要求。以新《国标》中人文素养的具体要求为参照,将人文素养划分为语言能力、思辨能力、文化修养和创新能力四个维度。通过文献分析与问卷调查,深入探讨英语原著阅读影响英语专业学生人文素养四种能力维度的具体表现,并为学生更好地利用原著阅读提供有效的建议。
In response to the current status of English major education in China,the Ministry of Education plans to issue National Criteria of Teaching Quality for Undergraduate English Majors,putting forward new specific requirements for the cultivation of their humanistic quality.By referring to the new requirements,the humanistic quality for English majors will be divided into four dimensions:language competence,critical thinking,cultural attainment and innovation capability.Through literature analysis and questionnaire survey,this paper explores the specific performance of four dimensions of English majors'humanistic quality influenced by English original reading,and provides effective suggestions for students to make better use of original reading.
