我国母乳喂养现状严峻,为孕产妇提供专业的母乳喂养服务迫在眉睫。本文介绍了国际认证哺乳顾问(IBCLC)认证条件、认证培训、认证考试和资格再认证的情况,归纳了哺乳顾问国外的应用现状,并针对国内存在的问题进行分析,提出推进队伍建设、明确角色定位和借助网络推动哺乳顾问向基层社区和农村地区发展。

The breast-feeding situation in China is grim, so it is urgent to provide professional breast-feeding services for pregnant and puerpera.This paper introduces the international certified lactation consultant conditions of certification, certification training, certification, qualification and certification of the situation, summed up the present situation of the application of lactation consultant abroad, and on the analysis of existing problems, put forward to promote team construction, a clear role, with the help of a network to promote lactation consultant to the grassroots community and rural development.
