摘要
文章构建了2011-2018年新疆14个地州(市)的物流系统的投入产出指标体系,利用DEA模型对其进行评价与分析。结果标明:新疆14个地州(市)物流综合效率均值为0.862,纯技术效率均值为0.943,规模效率均值为0.907,各地州(市)之间物流产业效率存在较大的差异。新疆应抓住“一带一路”机遇,引进物流高素质人才,更新先进技术设备,形成物流产业规模集聚发展模式,推进物流产业向高质量发展转型升级。
The paper constructs an input-output index system of logistics system of 14 prefectures(cities)in Xinjiang in 2011-2018 and applies DEA model to analyze it.Data shows that the average value of the comprehensive logistics efficien⁃cy is 0.862,of pure technical efficiency 0.943 and of scale efficiency 0.907 in 14 prefectures and cities in Xinjiang.There are great differences in the efficiency of the logistics industry between prefectures and cities.The paper holds that Xinji⁃ang should seize the opportunity of“One Belt and One Road”,employ high-quality logistics talents,renew advanced technology and equipment,change development concept,form large-scale development of logistics industry and promote the transformation and upgrading of logistics industry.
