摘要
积极教学法培训与以往培训相比具有普适性强、迁移运用教学法的张力强、融合度高、增强了教师和学员的多主体意识等特点。积极教学法培训构建与教师专业发展相适应的培训模式,从教师发展的内在自我驱动和外部培训的推动共同实现教师专业发展目标,探索促进高校教师培训模式及路径,对未来的师资培训具有指导意义。
Compared with the previous training,the active teaching method training has the characteristics of strong uni⁃versality,strong tension and high degree of integration,which enhances the multi-subject consciousness of teachers.The active teaching method training constructs the training mode suitable for the teacher's professional development,realizes the teacher's professional development goal,and explores the promotion of the college teacher training pattern,which has the guiding significance to the future teacher training.
