陕甘宁边区政府公文修辞特点探析——以陕甘宁边区参议会文献汇辑为语料

Analysis of the Rhetorical Characteristics of Government Official Documents in Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia Border Region——Taking the Literature Repertoire of the Council of Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia Border Region as Corpus

本文选取陕甘宁边区参议会文献,以修辞学相关理论为理论基础,从词汇、句式、修辞格三重维度入手,归纳总结陕甘宁边区政府公文修辞特点,认为使用的修辞手段与同时期政府公文存在很大不同,这些词汇、句式、修辞格的特殊表达,贴近边区人民生产、生活实际,有效帮助边区人民理解公文内容,从而达到认同陕甘宁边区政府及其施政政策的目的,有效帮助马克思主义在陕甘宁边区的传播。

The paper selects the literature of the council of Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia Border Region as the research cor⁃pus to summarize the rhetorical features of government documents in the Shaanxi-Kansu-Ningsia Border Region based on the rhetoric theory from three dimensions:vocabulary,sentence structure and figure of speech.It is concluded that the rhe⁃torical devices used are very different from the official documents of the government in the same period.The special ex⁃pressions of the words,sentence patterns and figures of speech are close to the reality of the people's production and life in the border region and can help the people of the border region to understand the contents of the official documents so as to achieve the purpose of identifying with the government of the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia Border region and its policy of ad⁃ministration and help the spread of Marxism in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningsia Border region.
