一年蓬色素提取工艺研究

Study on the extraction technology of pigment from Erigeron annuus(L.)Pers.

目的以一年蓬为原料提取色素,为植物色素的开发提供依据。方法采用正交设计提取色素后,从光、温度、金属离子等方面考察一年蓬色素的稳定性。结果一年蓬色素的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度50%,浸提温度90℃,料液比为1:80,浸提时间1.5h。结论除金属离子以外,其余光、温度等方面色素稳定性较好。

Objective Extraction of pigment from Erigeron annuus(L.)Pers.,to provide a basis for the development of plants pigment.Methods Using the orthogonal design to extracted pig-ment,the stability of the pigment was studied from the aspects of light,temperature and metal ions.Results The optimum extraction conditions were alcohol concentration 50%,extraction temperature 90℃,extraction time 1.5 h and material/liquid ratio1:80.Conclusions Except for metal ions,the pigment has better stability such as light and temperature.
