HSP70与PCT联合检测在2型糖尿病合并败血症中的临床价值

Clinical Value of HSP70 Combined with PCT in Type 2 Diabetes with Sepsis

目的:分析血清热休克蛋白70(HSP70)联合降钙素原(PCT)检测在2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并败血症诊断中的应用价值。方法:以50例单纯T2DM患者及50例T2DM合并败血症患者作为观察对象,以单纯T2DM患者作为对照组,以T2DM合并败血症患者作为观察组,分析两组血清HSP70及PCT水平差异,并探讨血清HSP70联合PCT检测在T2DM合并败血症诊断中的应用价值。结果:①观察组血清HSP70及PCT水平均高于对照组,具统计学差异(P<0.05)。②血清HSP70及PCT在T2DM合并败血症诊断中的最佳预测界值分别为3.55ng/mL及30.36ng/dL。③血清HSP70检测、PCT检测及联合检测对T2DM合并败血症诊断均存在显著的预测价值,以联合检测的预测价值最高。结论:在T2DM合并败血症的诊断中,血清HSP70联合PCT检测具有一定的预测价值,值得临床应用。

Objective:To analyze the application value of serum heat shock protein 70(HSP70)combined with Procalcitonin(PCT)in the diagnosis of Type 2 Diabetes mellitus(T2DM)with Sepsis.Methods:50 patients with simple T2DM and 50 patients with T2DM combined with Sepsis were selected as the observation subjects,the patients with simple T2DM as the control group,and the patients with T2DM combined with Sepsis as the observation group,to analyze the differences of serum HSP70 and PCT levels between the two groups,and to explore the application value of serum HSP70 combined with PCT in the diagnosis of T2DM combined with Sepsis.Results:The serum LEVELS of HSP70 and PCT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The best predictive thresholds of serum HSP70 and PCT in T2DM with Sepsis were 3.55ng/mL and 30.36ng/dL,respectively.Serum HSP70 test,PCT test and combined test have significant predictive value for the diagnosis of T2DM with Sepsis,and combined test has the highest predictive value.Conclusion:Serum HSP70 combined with PCT has certain predictive value in the diagnosis of T2DM with Sepsis and is worthy of clinical application.
