妊高症患者采用拉贝洛尔与硫酸镁治疗的效果观察

Clinical Effect of Rabeprolol Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of PIH

目的:观察分析妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者采用拉贝洛尔与硫酸镁治疗的效果。方法:本研究的观察对象为96例PTH患者,为2018年5月至2019年4月期间我院收治。按照随机数字表法的分组原则,将所有观察对象均分为2组。对照组48例患者静脉滴注硫酸镁,48例联合组患者应用静脉滴注硫酸镁+口服拉贝洛尔的治疗措施。对患者的治疗效果、母婴不良结局发生率进行评价,对24h尿蛋白、血清Hcy(同型半胱氨酸)和CRP(C反应蛋白)水平治疗前后的变化进行比较。结果:在临床治疗情况方面,联合组总有效率较对照组的高(95.83%VS 79.17%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。在母婴不良结局发生率方面,联合组较对照组降低(8.33%VS 27.08%),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。24h尿蛋白以及血清中CRP和Hcy含量经过治疗后,两组均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,治疗后联合组尿和血清学指标含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:在应用硫酸镁治疗的基础上,PIH患者加用拉贝洛尔治疗的母婴结局改善,患者24h尿蛋白以及血清中Hcy和CRP含量降低明显,取得了满意的临床效果。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of rabeprolol combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension(PIH).Methods:96 PIH patients were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into two groups:the combined group and the control group,48 patients in each group.48 patients in the control group were given magnesium sulfate intravenously,and 48 patients in the combined group were given labetalol on the basis of magnesium sulfate intravenously.The results of treatment and the incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:In terms of clinical treatment,the total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group(95.83%VS 79.17%)(P<0.05).In the incidence of maternal and infant adverse outcomes,the combined group was lower than the control group(8.33%VS 27.08%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,24-hour urinary protein and serum CRP and Hcy levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the contents of urine and serum indexes in the combined group decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of magnesium sulfate treatment,the maternal and infant outcomes of PIH patients treated with labetalol are improved,24-hour urinary protein and serum Hcy and CRP levels are significantly reduced,and satisfactory clinical results are achieved.
