支架取栓术介入治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响

Effect of Stent Thrombosis on Nerve Function in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的:探讨支架取栓术介入治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法:按照简单随机化法将我院2019年6月至2020年6月88例急性脑梗死患者分组,对照组44例给予支架取栓术治疗,观察组44例在对照组的基础上给予替罗非班治疗。对比两组血管再通率,治疗前后神经功能,预后改善情况。结果:观察组患者血管再通率优于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后观察组患者神经功能和预后改善优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:支架取栓术介入联合替罗非班治疗可提高急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效,改善患者神经功能,提高患者生活水平。

Objective:To investigate the effect of stent thrombectomy on nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:According to the simple randomized method,88 patients with acute cerebral infarction from June 2019 to June 2020 in our hospital were divided into groups,44 patients in the control group were treated with stent thrombosis,and 44 patients in the observation group were treated with Tirofeban on the basis of the control group.The vascular recanalization rate,neurological function and prognosis of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:The rate of vascular recanalization in observation group was better than that in control group.Compared with before treatment,the neurological function and prognosis of patients in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions:Stent-thrombectomy combined with tirofiban therapy can improve the clinical efficacy,neurological function and living standard of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
