应用型本科高校卓越法治人才教育培养计划2.0实施路径研究

在全面依法治国的新时代,应用型本科高校必须实现卓越法治人才教育培养计划2.0的升级。目前,对于应用型本科高校法治人才教育培养问题的研究、实践虽取得了一定成果和进展,但亦存在不少缺陷与不足。《关于坚持德法兼修实施卓越法治人才教育培养计划2.0的意见》具有将“法律人才”演化升级为“法治人才”,将“立德树人、德法兼修”作为培养方向,将“明法笃行、知行合一”作为教育要求等新精神、新理念。未来对于我国应用型本科高校卓越法治人才教育培养计划2.0的实施而言,应着重落脚于创新人才教育机制、创新师资教学机制和创新学生评价机制等三个方面。

In the new era of comprehensive rule of law,the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities must realize the upgrading of the excellent education and training plan for rule of law talents 2.0.At present,although the research and practice on the education and training of rule of law talents in application-oriented universities have made some achievements and progress,there are still many defects and deficiencies.The opinion on adhering to the education and training plan of combining morality with law and implementing the education and training plan of excellent legal talents 2.0 has the new spirit and new idea of upgrading"legal talents"to"legal talents",taking"cultivating talents by virtue and combining morality with law"as the training direction,and"combining knowledge with practice"as the education demand.In the future,for the implementation of the plan 2.0,the three aspects should be focused on:to innovative talent education mechanism,to innovative teacher teaching mechanism and innovative student evaluation mechanism.
