经济统计学专业“弓弦箭靶”应用型人才培养模式探索

On the Application-Oriented Talent Development Mode of"Bow-String-Arrow-Target"in Economic Statisctics

近年来,普通本科院校一直致力于深化产教融合、产学研结合和校企合作,着力培养应用型人才。经济统计学作为数据处理的理论基础具有一定的优势,但本科生就业后很难胜任数据分析实际工作,使得应用型教学改革迫在眉睫。文章通过对现阶段人才培养过程中存在问题的总结,找寻人才培养的短板;提出了“弓弦箭靶”应用型人才培养模式;在此基础上从课程体系、教学方式、考核标准和师资力量等方面给出人才培养模式的优化策略。

In recent years,undergraduate colleges have been committed to deepening the integration of production and education,the combination of production,education and research,and the cooperation between schools and enterprises,striving to cultivate talents of applied type.As theoretical fundamentals for data processing,statistics has certain advantages.However,undergraduates have difficulties to be competent in the actual work of data analysis after being employed,making the reform of teaching applied statistics urgent.This article has figured out the shortcomings of the talent development by summarizing the existing problems in the current talent cultivation process.It then proposes the application-oriented talent development mode of“bow-string-arrow-target”.Based on this,the optimal strategies are proposed about the talent development regarding curriculum design,teaching methodology,assessment standards and faculty buildup.
