摘要
本文概述了服务型领导的概念、维度和测量工具,对服务型领导理论在护理领域的应用现状进行综述并提出展望,旨在为护理管理者优化领导行为提供新的思路及理论参考。
This paper reviewed the concepts,dimensions and measurements of servant leadership,summarized the application status of servant leadership theory in nursing management.Prospects were proposed in order to provide new ideas and theoretical support for nursing managers to optimize leadership behavior.
