流产后关爱服务对女性避孕方式干预的应用效果

The Application Effect of Post-abortion Care Service on Female Contraceptive Intervention

目的探讨流产后关爱服务对女性避孕方式干预的效果观察。方法方便选择2018年5月-2019年5月该院科室收治的接受人工流产手术的140例患者,所有患者采用电脑系统随机分组的方式分为对照组及研究组,各70例,分别接受不同的干预方法,对照组接受常规干预,而研究组患者则接受流产后关爱服务,对比其观察指标:避孕健康知识评分、患者满意度评分以及避孕干预效果。结果研究组避孕健康知识评分(94.17±3.14)分、患者满意度评分(93.44±3.13)分均高于对照组避孕健康知识评分(74.17±3.91)分、患者满意度评分(81.74±3.45)分,差异有统计学意义(t=33.358、21.014,P<0.05)。研究组高效避孕选择率(97.14%)高于对照组高效避孕选择率(70.00%),半年意外妊娠率(0.00%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=11.781、15.556,P<0.05)。结论对于流产后患者,给予其流产后关爱服务,能有效提升患者对于避孕健康知识的知晓度,降低意外妊娠率,进一步促进了医患关系和谐程度。

Objective To explore the effect of post-abortion care services on female contraceptive interventions. Methods A total of 140 patients undergoing artificial abortion who were admitted to the department of the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were conveniently selected. All patients were randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a computer system. 70 cases in each group received different intervention methods. The control group received conventional intervention, while the study group received post-abortion care services. The observation indicators were compared:contraceptive health knowledge score, patient satisfaction score, and contraceptive intervention effect. Results The contraceptive health knowledge score(94.17±3.14)points and patient satisfaction score(93.44±3.13)points of the study group were higher than the contraceptive health knowledge score(74.17±3.91)points and patient satisfaction score(81.74±3.45)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=33.358, 21.014, P<0.05). The high-efficiency contraceptive selection rate in the study group(97.14%) was higher than that of the control group(70.00%), and the halfyear unintended pregnancy rate(0.00%) was lower than the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=11.781, 15.556, P<0.05). Conclusion For post-abortion patients, giving them post-abortion care services can effectively increase the patients’ awareness of contraceptive health knowledge, reduce the unintended pregnancy rate, and further promote the harmony between doctors and patients.
