不同滚打方式下滚打变形力的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 为了获得滚打方式对冷滚打变形力的影响规律,依据冷滚打成形的基本原理,在改装的冷滚打成形设备上进行实验,完成了成形过程中不同滚打方式下稳定阶段变形力的测量,通过分析获得了滚打方式对连续和单次滚打变形力的影响规律。结果表明:冷滚打成形的过程中,顺打、逆打的径向变形力基本相近,其中顺打时的切向力大,且方向与逆打时的相反;单次冷滚打中变形力的变化规律为顺打加载慢、卸载快,逆打时则反之。研究结果可为冷滚打成形中不同滚打方式的选择提供参考。 In order to obtain the law of the impact of roll beating ways on deformation force,according to the basic principle of cold roll beating,experiments are carried out on the refitted cold roll beating forming equipment,and the deformation force in the stable stage is measured under different rolling ways in the forming process.The influence law of rolling and beating mode on continuous and single rolling and beating deformation force is obtained by analysis.The results show that the radial average forces of forward and backward beating are similar to each other.The tangential force is larger under forward beating,and the direction is opposite from that under backward beating.In single cold roll beating,the deformation force changes slowly in forward beating and quickly in unloading,and vice versa.The research results can provide reference for the selection of different roll forming methods in cold roll-beating forming.
